Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current front-end website for Swamy Vivekananda Tuitions, Rahmathnagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad. It should be reviewed by the institute before publication and updated if its website or enquiry-handling practices change.

Information You May Provide

Parents or guardians may provide their name, student name, contact number, class, school board, program of interest, preferred callback time and enquiry details when contacting the institute.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include identity documents, financial details, medical information or other sensitive information in these forms.

How the Website Forms Work

The admission and contact forms validate the details you enter and prepare a formatted enquiry message in your browser. The current website has no configured enquiry backend, database or website-based message storage. Preparing a message does not send it to the institute or confirm admission.

After reviewing the message, you can choose to open WhatsApp. At that point, the prepared text is included in a WhatsApp link. You must review and press Send in WhatsApp to send the enquiry. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy policy and terms.

How Enquiry Information Should Be Used

Information shared with the institute should be used to respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant classes and programs, provide institute information and arrange requested follow-up. It should not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.

This website does not claim that enquiry data is securely stored. Any storage, access controls, retention arrangements or other security practices used by the institute should be confirmed directly with the institute.

Students and Parent Enquiries

These enquiry forms are intended for parents and guardians. Parents should limit student details to what is necessary for discussing a suitable program. Please contact the institute if you have questions about information relating to your child.

Gallery Accounts and Photo Submissions

All public galleries are view-only and do not initialize Firebase Authentication. Only the designated institute admin may sign in to the separate management panel using a verified email/password account. Firebase handles credentials, with session-based browser storage keeping the admin signed in for the browser session. Passwords are not stored in gallery documents. Visitors and anonymous sessions cannot add, edit, replace or delete gallery photos.

Adding a photo stores the image in Firebase Storage and its caption, category, account identifier, publication status and timestamps in Cloud Firestore. Once an admin upload completes, the photo and gallery details become public immediately in the selected category without a separate approval step. Incomplete uploads, previously pending photos and hidden photos are accessible only to the verified institute admin. Existing photos and accounts are not deleted by the management-panel update.

Upload only images you own or have permission to publish, with parent or guardian permission for identifiable children. The browser resizes and re-encodes photos to JPEG to remove original file metadata before upload. This does not remove sensitive content visible within the image. Do not upload documents, private contact details or other sensitive material.

The institute admin may edit captions and categories, replace images, hide or restore photos, and permanently delete photos. Hidden photos remain stored privately until deleted. Former visitor sessions no longer provide management access; contact the institute for removal of earlier submissions. For published-photo removal, account deletion or other data requests, contact 98492 10073. The institute should establish a retention schedule and respond to applicable privacy requests.

Once a photo has been published, others may download or copy it. Hiding, replacing or deleting it affects future gallery loads but cannot retract copies already downloaded. Contact the institute to report inappropriate content.

External Services and Links

Call links open your device's dialler. WhatsApp links open an external messaging service. Directions links open Google Maps using the supplied address; the website does not request your device's location.

The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics. When activated, the online gallery loads the Firebase web SDK from Google's servers and uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore and Storage. These services and the hosting provider may process request information and service logs. The institute should review its Firebase, hosting and retention settings before activation.

Your Choices and Privacy Questions

You can choose not to complete the forms, close the page before opening WhatsApp, or call the institute instead. To ask about how the institute handles information, or to request correction or deletion of information you have shared, contact the institute. The institute should explain which requests it can fulfil and any applicable requirements.
